Susan Munter
Brand Strategy, Creative Direction
Susan listens for a living. As a veteran of the Boston agency scene, she has worked alongside the best and brightest at Digitas, Mullen, PJA and Hill Holiday. She has worked with brands such as AT&T, American Express Travel, Biogen, EMD Serono, Genzyme, Iron Mountain, Novartis, and UPS.
In 2015, distilling what she learned from her ‘big agency’ experience, Susan founded the advertising collaborative Branding Band. Its goal is to offer purpose-driven organizations (for-profit and nonprofit) high-impact programs that are easy to digest. Along the way, Branding Band has launched 8 startup brands including Blue Stone Journeys, Milky Way Life Sciences, LaptopsNow, Meghann Perry Group, Pandemic Responders, and TianTi Bio.
Susan has a BA in art history and psychology from Sarah Lawrence College and an MBA from Simmons University where she graduated summa cum laude and as a Dean's Scholar. She trained with Dr. Gerald Zaltman in customer insights analysis at the Harvard Business School’s Minds of the Market lab. Her work has taken her across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Mark Field
Creative Direction, Program Management
Mark Field brings more than 25 years of creative leadership experience.with no less than 30 GDUSA awards under his belt. His clients range from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies such as Sears, BankBoston, Polaroid, and IDC.
Mark has crafted award-winning brand experiences across corporate identity, marketing collateral, packaging, trade show materials, and a full range of internet-based media such as websites, social media, and email. He is adept at working with clients from high level concepts through prototyping, on a wide variety of technical platforms. However, Mark is also a big fan of print.
Mark is extremely dedicated to his clients, and believes that the best projects come from a shared commitment to great branding. And as much as Mark enjoys digging in to learn all he can about his clients’ business, he also enjoys teaching his craft. Mark is a gifted and skilled teacher, which is just one of many reasons why clients continue to return to him.
Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Leslye Reaves
Full Stack Development
Leslye PJ Reaves is a multimedia artist, programmer, independent filmmaker. She has worked at Johns Hopkins University, creating curriculum and teaching workshops as well as teaching a course for the Carey School of Business; at Morgan State University, where she coordinated and managed the school’s website redesign; and government service provider BRTRC, where she developed projects for the FAA, FBI and Department of Defense.
Leslye holds a B.A. in Film, with a Computer Science minor, from Howard University and a M.A. in Multimedia from California State University, Hayward (now CSU East Bay). She is a teacher, consultant, speaker and writer in the areas of computer art, digital video production, web site design and multimedia technology.
